JPeNg

JPeNg is a tool to easily create a PDF file with lines like a notebook from a JPEG image. You can print it out and use it like a notebook.

Originally, I developed it to respond to a request from a student of my game creation course who wanted to add notes to the lecture slides.

You can use this tool to print out game design documents on paper, add notes, and use it like a notebook.
